Issue: 100% CPU Usage without any programs running, it will cause overheating. Can’t press the start button, I open my programs through Task Manager, Restore wouldn’t work.

They had crappy service, they never called after his so called “fix”, I think he doesn’t even know how to fix it,  never fixed my Vista, ill gonna reformat the computer now.
